简介:

Claudia Küenzer obtained her PhD in remote sensing in 2004 from Vienna University of Technology, while simultaneously working as a full time scientist at the German Aerospace Center, DLR, since 2001. She has worked as project scientist, Post Doc, and Research Associate at DLR from 2001-2006, and was visiting scientist with IRSA-CAS and BNU in Beijing in 2005. From 2006 to 2008 Claudia held the position as institute Associate at TU Vienna. Since 2008 she is head of the research group ‘Land Surface Dynamics’ of 20 scientists at the German Earth Observation Center, EOC, of DLR, near Munich. Claudia lectured for the University of Trier, Germany, TU Vienna, Austria, and frequently gives lectures at the University of Wuerzburg, Germany, as well as for ESA courses. She has published/co-published 35 SCI Papers, over 80 conference contributions, is reviewer for 10 SCI journals, and head of the EARSeL (Euro-pean Association of Remote Sensing Labs) Special Interest Group on Thermal Remote Sensing.
