7月1日,中国科学院青藏高原环境变化与地表过程重点实验室和青藏高原地球科学卓越创新中心在中科院青藏高原研究所北京部举办第三极与南北极气候变化学术研讨会。本次研讨会由青藏高原所所长、青藏卓越中心主任姚檀栋院士主持,中国科学院国际杰出学者、法国原子能与可再生能源委员会(CEA)Pierre-Simon Laplace研究所气候与环境科学实验室(LSCE)Valérie Masson-Delmotte教授与来自法国LSCE实验室、中科院青藏高原所、青藏卓越中心等单位的50余位研究人员参加了此次学术研讨会。 姚檀栋院士首先介绍了此次研讨会的举行背景和意义。随后,来自法国LSCE实验室的Mathieu Casado博士和Sentia Goursaud分别作了题为“Water stable isotopic composition on the East Antarctic Plateau: measurements at low temperature, use as an atmospheric tracer and as a paleoclimate proxy”和“1. Assessment of local and regional climate signals in water stable isotopes and chemistry records from new high resolution shallow ice cores in Adélie Land, Antarctica. 2.
